At Recruitable, we know what it’s like to feel overlooked.
You believe you can play at the next level—and we believe that too. But the harsh truth? Most athletes don’t get recruited simply because coaches don’t know they exist.
That’s why we built Recruitable. A platform that empowers underrecruited but worthy athletes to take control of their recruiting journey. Because no one will advocate for you like you will.
You don’t have to wait for a coach to call. You don’t need to hope your high school or JUCO coach sends your film to 100 schools. You just need access to the right information—and that’s exactly what we give you.
The ball is in your court now. Time to take the shot.

Recruitable is just a tool to help you get recruited
WHAT:
What is Recruitable
Recruitable is a free college athletic recruiting directory built to aid high school and junior college athletes get to the next level.
WHY:
Why Should I Reach Out
Don't wait to be discovered! Most athletes need to initiate contact with college programs themselves. High school and JUCO coaches are often too busy to contact hundreds of schools for every athlete, and private recruiting services can be expensive.
Recruitable offers a free alternative. With some family support and a clear strategy, you can get just as much, if not more, exposure on your own.
HOW:
Simply browse our database of schools to find your perfect fit. Each school has a dedicated profile page, offering direct links to their official athletic sites. From there, you can fill out recruiting questionnaires, research camps, and find contact information for coaches and staff.
Who to Contact
Once you've identified schools that interest you, it's time to reach out to the coaching staff. We recommend contacting a variety of individuals to maximize your visibility:
Position coaches and assistant coaches are often excellent initial contacts.
Consider reaching out to area scouts or general scouts if possible and preferred.
Video coordinators can also be a valuable connection.
While contacting the head coach is always an option, keep in mind they receive a high volume of inquiries. Your message might stand out more by first connecting with other staff members.
